services for the LENS, Gen2 and Gen3 software at the hourly rate of $150,
pro-rated. Calls under five minutes are free.
Please call our office to arrange a mutually agreeable time for the
support. We can often accommodate evening and weekend
requests.
Although many requests can be handled on the
spot, when you first call, please don't rely on this, as it is
naturally highly schedule dependent.
We are always happy to service any system we have sold, often without cost. However, we can no longer answer questions about LENS updates or upgrades, and must refer you to OchsLabs.
