We provide clinicians with technical support services for the LENS and Gen2 software at the hourly rate of $150, pro-rated.  Calls under five minutes are free.  Please call our office to arrange a mutually agreeable time for the support.  We can often accommodate evening and weekend requests. 

Although many requests can be handled on the spot, when you first call, please don't rely on this, as it is naturally highly schedule dependent.

We can answer questions about LENS updates as well as upgrades.  USE2 systems running a J&J I-330 C2 EEG encoder can be upgraded to USE3 running from a USB port (with a J&J adapter) under Windows XP (32 or 64-bit OS).  Please call for details.
